This model is a framework we use to help walk teams through design and innovation work. Whether it's continuous improvement, iteration, or a new innovation -- we focus on how the work will drive value and integrate design with business strategy. The abstraction serves as a model regarding the areas we explore, the domains we address, so that we can answer critical questions to ensure we're doing the right thing. The model helps us remain intentional throughout our design efforts.
